Return Policy

Stock Size garments may be returned within 14 days of purchase, providing they are in their original condition and with the tags still attached.

Garments made especially (made to measure) may be returned if there is a fault within the manufacture of the garment, a refund or exchange will be offered if the garment is returned to us within 21 days, after this time a replacement garment will be offered.

UK: We recommend that you use ‘Royal Mail Special Delivery’ when returning goods as we are unable to refund on garments that have be lost in the post.

Overseas customers: please ensure all documentation is completed accurately when returning garments (check with your carrier) to ensure you do not have to pay ‘import duty’ or ‘VAT’ on the returns, please mark as ‘returned goods to country of origin’
